In order to reset your SPIDA Software Support site password, select the "Support Login" located just below the Support banner. From there, you can select the "Forgot my password" text below the Sign in box.
Clicking that link will take you to the following screen, where you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and click the "Submit" button.
You will see a blue confirmation box at the top of the page:
An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered, which will have a link in it that will bring you back to the SPIDA Software Support site where you will have to fill in a text field with your new password.
