Submit a Support Ticket

The Submit A Support Ticket feature allows you to submit questions, possible software defects or feature requests to SPIDA that may be general in nature or that may concern any of our products. 

Select the Submit a Support Ticket button located just below the Support banner. 

Complete all required fields with as much detail as possible and attach any files that would help describe your request.

*Note: If you are not logged in when accessing this tab, the request form will include a required e-mail address field.

One of two things happen once the submit button is pressed:

Success!

You will be directed to the My Activities page which provides a list and status summary of all tickets that the individual has submitted.

 

Failure.

An error message at the top of the page containing one of the following will pop up.  Follow the directions to complete your request.
