SPIDA Support Site: Submit A Request
Submit a Support Ticket
The Submit A Support Ticket feature allows you to submit questions, possible software defects or feature requests to SPIDA that may be general in nature or that may concern any of our products.
Select the Submit a Support Ticket button located in the right sidebar of the Support site.
You will be directed to another page where you simply fill in the required fields, attach any files that would help describe your request, and press the submit button to send that request to the SPIDA Support team.
*Note: If you are not logged in when accessing this tab, the request form will include a required e-mail address field.
One of two things happen once the submit button is pressed:
You will be directed to the My Activities page which provides a list and status summary of all tickets that the individual has submitted.
An error message at the top of the page containing one of the following will pop up. Follow the directions to complete your request.
